Patch 0.7.6.16.0

[*] Fixed an issue that caused sudden FPS drops when a player was in the city. [*] Optimized memory usage to improve performance. [*] The fruits and vegetables required to prepare Halloween recipes are now available in shops all year round, regardless of the season. [*] Applied a potential fix for an issue causing black textures to appear on some NPCs' hair. We haven't been able to reproduce the issue internally, so we'd appreciate feedback from players if they encounter it again.
